What we do

Using our experience, we work collaboratively with our clients to understand their financial goals, create a realistic actionable plan, and provide ongoing measures of success.

We believe that ‘Fiduciary’ is perhaps the most used, while least understood term in the retirement plan landscape today. A plan sponsor is a ‘fiduciary’ and there is no way for them to abdicate that responsibility. We help our clients understand that role, better position themselves and mitigate fiduciary risk.

Knowing that the methodology is as important as results, we help to create, implement and oversee a sound and prudent fiduciary process. While we use the typical quantitative and qualitative measures to evaluate options for our clients, we seek mutual understanding of these measures and how they affect real outcomes.
